夏は無理すると命に関わるからね。なお自分はエアコン壊れてて地獄確定

I am from southeast asia. I am used to temperatures of 32C to 40C. The problem with Japanese summer are these two things:
1) Humidity. Southeast asia is just as humid. But buildings in southeast asia are built for alleviating humidity. Big wide windows for maximum airflow, and low ceilings so that no humid air is trapped inside the building. In tokyo, there are so many narrow buildings. The humid air gets trapped. It makes a lot of places feel like a sauna.
2) The radiant heat. In southeast asia, wide open spaces, and trees and grass help alleviate the heat. But in tokyo, the ground is almost always some form of concrete or pavement. Medium size 5-7 storey buildings are everywhere too, with walls that look like they're covered in bathroom tiles, all clustered together. Very dense. It makes the urban areas feel like an oven. The heat doesn't escape. So even though the temperature is on'y 36C to 40C it feels so much hotter.

もはや日本の猛暑は豪雨や台風と同じ天災みたいなものだと思った方がいいと思う。
つまり、ただキツいとかじゃなくて、危険だと思って対策しないといけないってこと。

真の敵は温度ではない…湿度だ…！

夏場は大きなショッピングセンターやスーパーに行く方がよっぽど涼しくていい
遊びに行くっていうより、命を守るために行く感じ

行った事有るけどインドネシアも大概熱いけどなあ・・・

エアコンは防災グッズ。

医療費中途半端にかかるくらいならエアコン代に当てる方が懸命よね

え、待って。インドネシアって赤道直下じゃなかったか？
日本の方が暑いって嘘だろ。

部屋が機密性高いなら冷房つけっぱなしの方がオンオフ繰り返すよりよっぽど効率的で節約できるよね
ゼータちゃんマジで無理しないで冷房つけて過ごしてほしい
